When our clients identify an in-plant need for a particular skill set, Hargrove will work with you to identify the right teammate to fill that need by assigning an on-site coordinator/technical services leader as single point of contact. Our team works with client leadership to outline all schedule, cost, and resource goals and gains understanding of client expectations and specific needs for the position. This includes conducting interviews and pre-screening prior to placing teammates on site and ensuring that the teammate is the right fit.
We work with our clients to ensure each site-based Hargrove teammate shares Hargrove's and our client's commitment to safety and has site-specific safety training, personal protective equipment (PPE), and on-site orientation. Our team addresses co-employment concerns, provides human resources, accounting, and benefits support for onsite teams and manages performance evaluations.
We have attrition rates well below industry average, which cultivates team consistency project-to-project and over time. This is attributed to our internal growth and advancement opportunities for the onsite team, teammate benefits, culture, and ownership stake in the company.
Hargrove offers our clients the flexibility to perform short-term overflow work through local home office support or temporary positions through supplemental engineering team as well as long term assignments.
