Steeped in the culture at Hargrove, our construction management team takes pride in overseeing the details of project delivery. We provide construction planning services and expertise to manage projects ensuring they are meet scope requirements and are completed safely and on time, within authorized cost, and in accordance with quality standards.
Depending on the size of the project, Hargrove can oversee the construction effort with on-site construction managers, field coordinators (electrical/instrumentation, piping/mechanical, civil/structural), project controls, procurement/expediting/material control, quality assurance, field engineering, safety managers, document control/admins, and shutdown/commissioning managers.
The Hargrove Team provides construction management for a broad range of projects including new industrial construction, turnaround projects, major retrofits, equipment installations, Greenfield facilities, plant expansions, outages, and maintenance projects. We tailor our construction approach for each project to match your needs and involvement and have experience providing a full construction management team, augmenting the owner's staff, acting as an owner's representative, and delivering EPC and lump-sum-turn-key projects.
During design and procurement phases, we provide input in model and constructability reviews to identify elements of project design likely to give rise to disputes. We also mitigate claims, spearheading the selection process for project contracts.
We extend our services past mechanical completion by planning for turnover, commissioning, and startup.
Each team member complies fully with Hargrove's safety and environmental policies and will honor any site-specific safety rules achieving zero incidents.
