HARGROVE PROMOTES NEW LEADERSHIP IN CONTROLS + AUTOMATION

Hargrove Controls + Automation has announced a new Division Leader, Karen Griffin, PE. Karen has over 18 years of experience in chemical engineering and has served at Hargrove for the last 6 years, most recently as a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer. As Division Leader, Karen is returning to the role she held in 2016 and 2017 during which time Hargrove Controls + Automation grew by 20%. She and the entire Hargrove Controls + Automation leadership team are excited to move forward with Karen at the helm.
Karen Griffin, PE is a chemical engineer by degree whose expertise and knowledge includes control systems, automation, and project management. She is a subject matter expert in control systems, life cycle management in offshore/onshore oil and gas, specialty chemicals, refining, and pulp and paper industries. Griffin is skilled in a vast array of Control Systems Platforms within the automation industry. She was heavily involved with the inception of the Hargrove Controls + Automation group in 2012, joining the group as one of the first ten Teammates, and has also served as lead for the C +A Communities of Practice group, has been instrumental in Hargrove’s mentoring and co-op initiatives, and serves on the Hargrove Foundation Board of Directors.
