Hargrove Controls + Automation was recently re-certified by CSIA (Control System Integrators Association). This certification program is a rigorous audit process to ensure industry standard best practices for execution and quality are implemented to reduce risks for companies seeking to hire automation system integration firms. Every three years companies must undergo an audit process to ensure continuous improvement, and Hargrove is thrilled to remain among their elite list of certified system integrators.

“CSIA has brought tremendous value to our company.  We began the process of adopting CSIA’s Best Practices as an organization very early in our membership.  The value Best Practices has brought to our organization as well as to our clients we serve cannot be measured,” said Karen Griffin, P.E., Vice President of Hargrove Controls + Automation. “Maintaining CSIA certification is a priority for Hargrove. By continuing to undergo this process, we show our dedication and commitment to excellence in the field of automation services.”

Hargrove Controls + Automation is one of few multi-service automation groups in the country for safety systems, industrial internet of things (IIoT) and plant automation. Since its inception in 2012, Hargrove’s Controls + Automation Team has grown to over 100 control systems engineers and specialists across all of Hargrove’s 14 offices. The Team consists of panel builders, instrumentation designers, programmers, certified process safety engineers and process control engineers specializing in DCS/PLC/SIS system integration.

CSIA is a not-for-profit, global trade association whose goal is to advance the control systems integration industry. CSIA certification is a standard for best practices in project management, financial benchmarks, and quality assurance, staff development, as well as many other business aspects. Clients are looking to CSIA because the organization offers the only complete set of best practices as a standard for the systems integration industry.
