Mobile, Ala. –– Hargrove Controls + Automation ranked #43 out of 100 in the annual list of System Integrator Giants, according to the 2018 Global System Integrator Report, jumping three spots from last year’s ranking of #46. Published by Control Engineering and Plant Engineering magazines, the list ranks the top global companies involved in system integration projects throughout manufacturing.

Companies making the top 100 list come in all shapes and sizes, with some assigning more than 1,000 people to system integration functions, while others have just a handful.

“Hargrove branched out in 2012 by launching Hargrove Controls + Automation, which has over 100 teammates today,” said Matt Burton, P.E., managing director, Hargrove Controls + Automation. “By relocating to our new, more spacious location on Government Street in Downtown Mobile, Alabama, we have significantly expanded our capabilities, quality, and overall customer experience, and we are excited to once again be among the System Integrator Giants. Our company is growing, and having publications like Control Engineering and Plant Engineering recognize us is a reflection of our team’s work and dedication.”

Hargrove Controls + Automation is one of few multi-service automation groups in the country. Since its inception in 2012, Hargrove’s Controls + Automation team has grown to over 100 control systems engineers and specialists across eight of Hargrove’s 12 offices and serves clients in the refining, oil + gas, life sciences, chemical, and automotive / heavy manufacturing industries with robotics and industrial system integration.
